Ministry of Finance and State Administration of Taxation jointly issued Notice on the Issues of Deduction of Interest gained from the Affiliates before Expansion on September 19, 2008
该通知明确规定了在计算应纳税所得额时，企业接受关联方债权性投资利息支出税前扣除的政策问题
This Notice stipulates the issues on deduction of interest gained from the debt investment of the affiliates before expansion when calculating the taxable income.
2、 财政部、国家税务总局于2008年10月9日发布《关于储蓄存款利息所得有关个人所得税政策的通知》
Ministry of Finance and State Administration of Taxation jointly issued Notice on Individual Income Tax of Saving Deposit Interest on October 9, 2008
通知规定，自2008年10月9日起，对储蓄存款利息所得暂免征收个人所得税。
This Notice stipulates that the individual income tax of saving deposit interest shall be exempted temporarily as of October 9, 2008.
3、 国家发展改革委、财政部于2008年9月28日发布《关于网上商标注册收费标准及有关问题的通知》
The State Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued Notice on Fees and Relevant Issues of Internet Trade Mark Registration on September 28, 2008
通知规定网上受理商标注册费收费标准比纸件商标注册申请优惠20%，即每件800元。
This Notice stipulates that the fees for the internet trade mark registration shall be 20% lower than the registration in paper, that means the internet registration fees shall be RMB 800 for each case.
4、中华人民共和国卫生部、中华人民共和国工业和信息化部、中华人民共和国农业部、国家工商行政管 理总局、国家质量监督检验检疫总局于2008年10月7日发布关于乳与乳制品中三聚氰胺临时管理限量值规定的公告（卫生部公告2008年第25号）

公告禁止将三聚氰胺人为添加到食品中，并规定三聚氰胺在乳与乳制品中的临时管理限量值。
This Proclamation stipulates that it’s forbidden to artificially add melamine into food and stipulates the temporary limitation of the volume of melamine in the milk and dairy products.
5、 国务院于2008年10月9日公布《乳品质量安全监督管理条例》，自公布之日起施行。
The State Council issued Regulation on Supervision and Administration on the Quality Safety of Diary Products on October 9, 2008 which shall come into force as of the issuance
条例对奶畜饲养以及生鲜乳生产、收购环节、乳制品生产、销售等环节都有相关规定，并对婴幼儿奶粉做出专门的规定。
This Regulation stipulates the breeding of diary animal, producing and buying of galactopoiesis and fresh milk, producing and sales of diary products, especially stipulates the milk powder for infants.
