Karen Fan (Partner)

毕业于北京理工大学经济法学系，后获得英国埃塞克斯大学国际贸易法学硕士学位。2006年加入北京市天咨律师事务所。
Karen Fan graduated from the Economic Law Department of the Beijing Institute of Technology and got her master’s degree in International Trade Law from the University of Essex in Great Britain. In 2006, she joined CAPITAL ASSOCIATES.

樊晓曦律师曾在企业提供法律服务，加入天咨律师事务所后，主要为外国公司在中国投资提供法律咨询，参与外商独资企业、中外合资、合作企业的设立和变更事务。
Karen Fan has worked as an in-house legal counsel for many business enterprises. After joining CAPITAL ASSOCIATES, she has focused on providing legal consulting services to foreign companies that invest in China and she takes part in the establishment and changes to wholly foreign-owned enterprises, Sino-foreign equity joint venture enterprises and Sino-foreign cooperative joint venture enterprises.

樊晓曦律师在劳动法领域也具有丰富的经验，负责起草和审核劳动合同、劳务派遣协议、员工手册等相关文件，为外资公司、外国企业驻华代表处的员工聘用和解雇等提供法律意见，负责与员工的协商谈判，曾为某著名跨国公司在中国区域的裁员计划提供法律咨询服务和相关法律文件的起草。此外，樊晓曦律师还负责国内外公司在中国的商标注册和专利权注册。
Karen Fan, with solid experiences in the field of labor law, is responsible for drafting and reviewing labor contracts, placement agreements, staff manuals and other relevant documents; providing foreign-funded companies with representative offices in China, providing foreign enterprises with legal opinions on employing and dismissing staff, and she is also responsible for heading negotiations with staff. She has provided legal consulting services to some famous multinational companies involving plans to downsize operations in China and has drafted the relevant legal documents. Karen Fan is also responsible for  trade mark registrations and patent registrations of domestic and foreign companies.
